What do you mean by "full service" office?
Simply put, anything you might need to operate your office is already included in your standard monthly rate. Everything from internet (and WiFi) to a business phone line (and IP phone) to world-class furnishings. But, what about my electricity, internet, cleaning, trash, etc.?
These types of charges (commonly referred to as “triple nets”) are all included. We pay those bills – not the other way around! Your standard monthly rate is inclusive of everything – seriously, even the coffee!
Ok, so what are the hidden costs?
There are none! That’s the beautiful thing about our model – we pride ourselves on providing our clients with one easy, all-encompassing monthly rate that eliminates the need for any hidden costs or “gotchas”.
What about setup fees?
We charge a small, one-time setup fee that covers configuration of your profile in all of our data, communication, billing, scheduling, and security systems.
Will I actually get my security deposit back at the end of my term?
Absolutely, as long as you are not in default. We do not attempt to profit off of any collected security deposit. Our policy is simply to collect a deposit equal to one month’s recurring fees. Upon move-out, we will use these funds to repair damage (if any) to your office and return the balance (or whole amount) to you via check.
